You may sell all kinds of used or new private goods such as decor, textiles, home-ware, hardware, electrical equipment, furniture, antiques, toys, games, fabric, accessories, artwork, craft-work, multimedia, books, magazines, clothing etc.
How to pay for booked space?
Payment will be collected at the registration desk on site during the set-up timings.
How many people can I bring with me to help?
We suggest a maximum of two people per table.
Display & Location
You may bring extra floor mats / display equipment (such as clothing hangers, easels etc.).
Table locations will be given on a first come first served basis.
If you require electricity, please come early to secure a spot close to an electric outlet, but you must bring your own extension cord.
The event will be outdoors.
Ladies Section
This section is exclusive to ladies only, and will be placed partly indoors (where available) and outdoors. A clear sign and separation will be made for privacy.
How and when to bring your things to the venue
Advance set-up will take place two hours before the event begins.
All participants are required to clean their spaces and remove all items after they are done.
Cancellation
In the case of bad weather, lack of participants or other reasons, we reserve the right to
cancel or reschedule the event.

We kindly request participants not to display/sell/promote anything that might be offensive to Muslims or the Islamic religion. We reserve the right to remove any items from the flea market that are inappropriate or offensive.
Illegal items and behavior are prohibited.
